100% St. Laurent from a singular five-acre parcel at Ricci Vineyard, just 114 cases. Layered into each clay amphora by hand: whole clusters first, then destemmed whole berries. Unctuous cherry and earthy characters that are the marvel of this rare Northern European grape. Charismatic, soulful and versatile at the table.
