Tasting notes
100% estate Cabernet Sauvignon from certified organic, dry-farmed, no-till vines, limited to seven barrels. Hand harvested over four picking dates to follow the terroir, destemmed and lightly crushed into T bins, then gently hand punched down. A lovely and classic Napa Valley wine that emulates the region’s history of Cabernets lower in alcohol but rich in individuality. Aromatic highlights of cedar and sweet spices including star anise set the tone for ribbons of dusty blackberry, deep plum and cassis.
