Tasting notes
Grown at the southern end of the organically farmed Terra Alta Vineyard, in soils planted in 2016. Picpoul earned its nickname as the lip-stinger in the Languedoc, and this one bursts with underripe pineapple, lemon and fresh green apple. White flowers and crisp green apple on the palate give way to a lively citrus zest, with balanced acidity and mineral undertones through a radiant finish.
