Tasting notes
Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada from the Miravet Vineyard, farmed certified organic and sustainable under CCOF and Lodi Rules, harvested in late August. The Catalan trio, grown in Lodi. A crisp and vibrant sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of citrus blossom, green pear and crushed stone, over a dry and bright palate with refreshing acidity and a long mineral finish. 2,000 bottles produced.
