Tasting notes
Ali Story's third release of BRAVE, the wine she created during her 2021 breast cancer journey. Whole clusters loaded straight to tank, lightly foot-stomped and sealed with no sulfur and no yeast, left to ferment spontaneously for about sixteen days. Raspberry compote, wild strawberry and crunchy red plum with a whisper of rose petal and white pepper. Juicy, energetic and light on its feet, with whole-cluster grip and a flicker of carbonic pop. Serve chilled. 100 cases.
