Tasting notes
Made from very ripe fruit carrying 5 to 20% botrytis, which adds an earthy honey character. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented cool to keep the freshness of the Riesling. Some of the original sweetness is always retained in the finished wine, without sacrificing structure or acidity.
