Tasting notes
A savory nose of blackberry bramble, violet and dried rosemary introduces this grippy, well-integrated wine, brimming with Italian plum and ripe strawberry and leading into a long orange peel and cinnamon finish. Fermented in small temperature-controlled steel tanks, hand punched down twice daily, then barrelled. After ten months only the barrels most representative of the Mount Richmond profile are blended.
