Tasting notes
Intensely concentrated and fruit-forward, with cherry and cinnamon on the nose, black plum and cranberry on the palate, juicy and full with a long finish. In 2007 co-founder Joe Campbell volunteered at a small medical clinic in Arequipa, Peru, and asked his colleagues what would help most after he went home. They told him food. The community kitchen fed 600 of the neediest while another 4,000 often went without. Condor is the wine he made in response, and all proceeds go to that hunger relief programme.
