Tasting notes
A botrytis-affected Riesling made from grapes with noble rot. Clean, bright aromas of peaches, apples, nectarines, flowers and honey give way to a rich, honeyed texture with flavors of apple, peach, apricot and grape. Terrific acid balance, a persistent aftertaste and a crisp, nearly dry finish. Only 144 cases were made. Residual sugar 12.4%; 31.2 brix at harvest.
