Tasting notes
The sparkling Iron Horse is best known for and its best seller, first made in 1980. Their interpretation of a Blanc de Noirs: expressive, fruit-forward Pinot Noir lots blended, against convention, with a little steely Chardonnay for an acid backbone. A delicate blush hue with spirited bubbles and a silky mousse, vibrant raspberry and strawberry with a dash of citrus zest, closing on a textured grapefruit finish.
